Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Cornstarch for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, matcha, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water and stir until smooth.
  3. Microwave for 2-3 min, stirring halfway.
  4. Dust hands with cornstarch, shape mochi, and serve.
