Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at brewsoka@gmail.com with your order number and registered email ID.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:
    • Unavailability of the product
    • Payment issues
    • Suspected fraud

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy unless:
    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing brewsoka@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect address provided
    • Used or opened products
    • Shipping delays once dispatched

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for approved cancellations or defective/incorrect items.
  • They are processed within 3–7 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
