Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To request a cancellation, email us at brewsoka@gmail.com with your order number and registered email ID.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:
- Unavailability of the product
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
Returns
- Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy unless:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing brewsoka@gmail.com.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
- Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided
- Used or opened products
- Shipping delays once dispatched
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for approved cancellations or defective/incorrect items.
- They are processed within 3–7 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
